## What is PDF Tools Suite?

Conversion tools turn JPG and PNG images, Word (.docx) files and Markdown into PDF, and convert DOCX, HTML, Markdown, CSV and EPUB between text formats. Everything runs in your browser with pdf-lib, pdf.js and Tesseract, so contracts, IDs and financial documents are never uploaded.

Not yet. The PDF tools focus on organising, editing and OCR, plus converting images, Word and Markdown to PDF. To get editable text from a scanned PDF, use PDF OCR.

### Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
